Alameda Creek Watershed Center, Sunol, CA, in progress.
Challenge
After we completed the original Watershed Center design in 2016, the client voiced a desire for additional interpretation and the discovery of Native American activity on the site. We needed to find a way to add these stories and artifacts to the exhibition without a significant re-design.
Solution
Use digital interpretation solutions, including touch tables, video walls, and holograms. Come to Sunol, CA in 2022 to see this project for the San Francisco Public Utilities Commission.
My ROle
As the interpretive writer for this project, I am coordinating closely with both the project manager to be sure the content is scientifically accurate, and the digital interactive developer to be sure my text fits the design and UX requirements.
