I work on Blue Shield of California's UX team, partnering with UI visual designers, interaction designers, and UX researchers. In a mobile-first, Agile environment, we collaborate on cross-functional teams with product managers, developers, marketers, and subject-matter experts to add clarity, elevate the user experience, and improve business metrics.

Before tech, I was a content strategist for educational museum exhibitions, where I compiled an impressive collection of entertaining facts.
