Employee spotlight

Challenge: The public doesn’t know much about the people who work at City Hall. The City of Laguna Beach has a devoted, talented staff; let’s tell our residents.

Strategy: Post one Employee Spotlight each week, rotating departments and job types.

Results: Residents love the campaign, offering comments and stories on social media. The Employee Spotlights have also improved morale at City Hall. Bonus: Prospective employees tell us these posts help them envision what it would be like to work for the City of Laguna Beach.
